TExNet is a collaborative research network that studies the impact of vertebrate herbivore diversity on tundra ecosystem properties and functions by means of a coordinated multi-site field experiment.
You can contribute to TExNet with a one-time sampling using our observational protocol, or by setting up a TExNet experimental site.
This initiative is led by Elina Kaarlejärvi, Isabel C Barrio, Eeva Soininen, James Speed, Dorothee Ehrich, Johan Olofsson, Ingibjörg Svala Jónsdóttir and David Hik .
In May 2025 a workshop was organized in Nuuk, to advance the work of the network. You can read more about the workshop here.
